Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom-night experience—centered on God’s love—created for individuals with special needs, ages 14 and up. While the evening carries all the excitement of a prom, formal attire is completely optional.
Before the event begins, ladies can enjoy hair and makeup stations to get event-ready between 3 to 5 p.m. EST.
Once guests are prepared, the night officially begins with a meaningful crowning ceremony where they are honored as a King or Queen. From there, the celebration continues with a limousine ride that leads to a red carpet entrance, complete with a warm welcome from our paparazzi. A catered meal will be served, followed by karaoke, a photo booth, and plenty of time on the dance floor!
It’s a night designed to celebrate the truth that each guest is created in the image of God—deeply loved, cherished, and seen by Him as royalty.
Night To Shine Dress Shop will be open on January 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST at Redemption Jasper Campus.

Volunteer
Volunteer registration is online and includes the required acknowledgements for electronic signature. There are no paper forms for volunteers this year. Background check payment is also online by debit or credit card and is a part of this registration.
You must be age 14 or older to volunteer. Buddies must be age 16 or older. Parent/guardian should complete this registration for a teen as guardian’s electronic signature is required.
Background Checks
All volunteers age 18 and older must have a clear Background Check, completed on or after 12/01/2023. Older background checks are not acceptable.
*This requirement includes a participant’s family member or the employees of agencies, schools, and organizations who serve individuals with disabilities who want to be a buddy or serve in another listed position at Night to Shine.
If you volunteered for Night to Shine last February 2025 and submitted your background check application then or are an active Redemption volunteer who has recently completed a background check, we should have that report on file.
REQUIRED: Under the "Attendee Additional Information" section of this registration, you must check one option pertaining to background checks.

There is an $8 fee that must be paid online before your signup is considered complete. Under the "Attendee Additional Information" section of this registration, please be sure to check one option pertaining to background checks.
After submitting your registration, watch for an email from mobilizemyministry.com that includes a link to complete your background check within 7 days.
